Motorcycle Battery 12-Month Warranty Statement

Our Motorcycle batteries are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. CLR Industries warrants that this battery will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

Warranty Coverage:

1. This warranty covers the replacement of the motorcycle battery or any defective components.

2. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

   – Improper installation or handling.

   – Overcharging or undercharging.

   – Accident, misuse, or neglect.

   – Exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., excessive heat, water immersion).

   – Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

Claim Process:

1. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact CLR Industries Customer Service at sales@quakebatteries.co.nz.

2. Provide proof of purchase, including the original receipt or order confirmation.

3. CLR Industries may request additional information, such as photographs or a description of the issue.

4. If the battery is determined to be eligible for warranty service, CLR Industries will provide instructions for return or replacement.

Exclusions:

1. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

2. Any repair or modification performed by unauthorized personnel voids this warranty.

3. CLR Industries is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this battery.
